Recruitment Procedures

  • Interested scholars will submit relevant materials to the President's Office of Baidu Research, and the office staff will coordinate and distribute them to the corresponding lab leaders.

  • After comprehensive evaluation of the application materials, each lab leader will choose the best applicants to initiate communication with.

  • After deciding the final candidates, Baidu Research will issue invitation letter and agreement, in which the lab representative and the visiting scholar will determine the scope of scientific research content, visiting time, and remuneration.

Daily Management

  • Each visiting scholar collaborates with a senior Baidu researcher to carry out research projects.

  • Visiting scholars should commit to full-time visit of more than two months.
